Missions is the God-given work of taking the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a lost and dying world, both at home and abroad. It is rooted in the command of our Lord Jesus Christ, who said in Matthew 28:19-20 (KJV), “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you.” At Ridgeview Baptist Church, we believe missions is not just an option but a command to every believer. As an independent, premillennial Baptist church, we are strong supporters of worldwide missions. By praying, giving, and sending, we strive to see souls saved, lives changed, and churches planted, all for the glory of God.
